Your CRM has AI features you've never switched on. Nobody's job is to switch them on.
A certified AI Operator joins your team full-time. They build lead response, showing scheduling, buyer agreement tracking and closing timelines on the CRM and tools you already pay for, then run them every week. You sell; they build.
$3,600 a month, month to month. Every account in your name.
The results for "AI for real estate agents" are mostly long tool lists. Most agents already pay for a CRM, a transaction tool, a dialer and a design app. The gap isn't tools. It's that nobody connects them, so a portal lead still waits until you're out of a showing.
Your options differ mainly in who is still there next month, when the portal changes its lead email format or your team adds a new agent.
| Option | How you pay | What you get | Who runs it next month |
|---|---|---|---|
| AI tools and CRM add-ons | Monthly subscription per seat | A feature: writing, a chatbot, a dialer | You, between appointments |
| A freelancer from a marketplace | Per hour or per project | One build, such as a lead routing flow | Usually you, after handover |
| An in-house transaction coordinator or assistant | Salary or per-file fees | Paperwork and deadlines, done by hand | Them, if they also learn the AI tools |
| A Pareto AI Operator | $3,600 a month plus a one-time $3,000 placement fee | A certified builder on your team, full-time | The same operator, with Run Watch |

Eleven builds that come up first for agents and small teams. They answer faster, follow up longer and track every date, and they leave pricing, advice and negotiation with you.
Portal, website and sign-call leads are parsed, logged in your CRM and answered with a personal text or email in your voice, with a link to book. You get a Slack ping with the summary.

Within 24 hours of your call you meet 3 certified AI Operators. Interview them and choose.
The AI Activation call maps every lead source and every step from first text to closing. Your voice and your scripts go into your business second brain.
Usually lead response and showing scheduling, because a slow reply is the most expensive leak for most agents.
Buyer agreements, closing timelines and nurture. Every Friday: what shipped and what's next. You reply yes or no.
The Fair Housing Act makes it unlawful to publish any notice, statement or advertisement about the sale or rental of a dwelling that indicates a preference, limitation or discrimination based on race, color, religion, sex, handicap, familial status or national origin.[1] Listing copy, social posts and chatbot replies all count. Builds describe the property, never who should live there.
HUD withdrew its 2024 guidance on AI and digital ad targeting, effective September 17, 2025. The same notice says actions that don't comply with the text of the Act remain subject to enforcement, and that people can still sue within two years.[2] Ad audiences and copy stay reviewed by a human.
The FCC ruled in February 2024 that calls made with AI-generated voices are "artificial" under the TCPA, which requires prior express consent.[3] An operator won't switch on AI calling or bulk texting to leads without a consent record you can show.
MLS policy changes effective August 17, 2024 require MLS participants working with a buyer to enter a written agreement before touring a home.[4] The tour-gating build above enforces your process; the agreement's terms are yours to explain.
If AI or retouching changes how a property looks, label it and check your MLS rules on altered images before anything is published.
Every account stays in your name and you control access. Your operator works remotely from Latin America; set what client data each tool may see on day one.
AI handles speed and memory. Trust, judgment and licensed work stay with you.
The build can pull comps into a packet. The price and the advice behind it come from you.
Offers, counteroffers and inspection asks are conversations, not automations.
The build sends the buyer agreement. You explain what it means and answer the questions.
Questions about who lives where, schools or "safety" go to you, not a bot, to keep clear of steering.
Activities your state requires a license for stay with licensed people. Your operator supports you; they don't act as an agent.
A failed inspection or a lost house deserves a call from you.
Real estate AI tools are features. An AI Operator is the person who makes them work together, and keeps them working. Not sure where to start? Take the free AI Leverage Audit, or read what an AI operator is.
One flat monthly price for a full-time builder, whether you're a solo agent or a team. For scale: a US software developer earns a median $135,980 a year (BLS, May 2025).[5]
Anyone can talk well about AI. Every operator we certify finishes 40+ hours of training, then a 5-day final project where they build a full funnel with AI, scored on a 25-point rubric, plus an interview.
Paloma, a Pareto Right Hand, built an AI and retouching workflow that turns existing real estate photos into winter and summer marketing assets: no reshoots, and $1,000+ saved. Right Hands come through the same bootcamp as our AI Operators; this was built in our Right Hand program, so it's an example of the work, not an AI Operator result. It appears with our other real client builds on the AI Operator page.
A calculator app a founder fills in, built and shipped inside the 5-day final project.
An inbox audit run by Claude, with the landing page around it, built in the same 5 days.
An audit built for law firms, delivered as part of a full AI-built funnel.
Final projects from our AI Operator certification, shown with the builders' consent to illustrate the standard. They are not client work.
