Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Pareto Talent, we aim to provide outstanding services while offering flexibility to our clients. This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines our approach to cancellations, refunds, and service terminations, ensuring transparency and compliance with industry standards.

1. Cancellation Policy

  • Onboarding and Placement Fees: The onboarding and placement fee is non-refundable. However, under certain circumstances, such as service non-performance or issues related to the matching process, clients may request a review for a partial or full refund. Each refund request will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis, and refunds for the placement fee will be at Pareto Talent’s sole discretion.
  • Agreement Termination: After the 90-day trial period, clients may terminate the agreement by providing 14 days’ prior written notice. The cancellation will take effect at the end of the notice period. Services will continue until the termination date, and the client is responsible for any fees accrued during this period. No refunds will be provided for services already rendered.

2. Refund Policy

  • Monthly Service Fees: Monthly service fees are non-refundable once the service period has started. Should clients choose to cancel the service, the client may be eligible for a prorated refund for the unused portion of the month.
  • Placement Fee Refund: In cases where the placement of a Pareto Assistant does not meet agreed-upon standards, clients can request a refund. If it is determined that Pareto Talent failed to provide adequate service, a partial or full refund of the placement fee will be granted.
  • Performance-Based Refunds: Clients may submit a formal complaint within seven days of the renewal period if the service does not meet the agreed-upon standards. If the issue is validated, Pareto Talent may offer a credit toward future services. Refunds will not be issued unless determined necessary after thorough review.

3. Requesting a Refund or Cancellation

To request a refund or cancellation, clients must contact us at hello@paretotalent.com.

Our team will review the request and respond within 3 business days.

4. Refund Processing

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used.

5. Changes to this Policy

Pareto Talent reserves the right to modify this Refund and Cancellation Policy at any time.
