Who pays the Assistant?

Pareto Talent is responsible for finding the best way and paying your assistant directly to ensure they are saving as much as possible on commissions, fees and taxes.

What countries are you hiring from?

We focus on hiring from Latin America – specifically Argentina and Colombia. We found that it’s easier for talent from LatAm to work your hours and ensure fastest communication.

What tools will my EA know?

During our Bootcamp we teach the assistant on how to work and be proficient in Google Apps (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Calendar), Scheduling apps like Calendly, CRMs like GoHighLevel, Project Management tools like ClickUp, AI tools like ChatGPT, Midjourney, Perplexity, Jasper AI, automation tools like Zapier, and more!

What about salary increases?

All salary adjustments are being covered within your monthly fee.

What is Pareto Talent's part beyond hiring?

Pareto Talent find, trains and vets all of the Executive Assistants. Upon admission to Pareto Talent Pool of Assistants, we continue to train and educate all of the placed and available assistants. We take care of contracts, payroll and compliance with all of our assistants and provide ongoing support to each placed assistant and entrepreneur.
