Rules, briefly
  • An "active referral" means someone you referred who is on a paid Pareto plan and current on billing.
  • Rewards trigger 60 days after your friend becomes active — enough time to know they're a real fit.
  • Free weeks are credited to your next billing cycle. Cash is paid via direct deposit within 30 days of trigger.
  • Send your reward to your Right Hand instead. You can choose to redirect part — or all — of your referral reward directly to your Right Hand as a bonus. Fully customizable per referral.
  • If you drop below 3, 7, or 10 active refs, you have a 30-day grace period to bring it back. Per-referral rewards already earned are yours forever.
  • No caps on total referrals. The rewards keep compounding.

  • An "active referral" means someone you referred who is on a paid Pareto plan and current on billing.
  • Rewards trigger 60 days after your friend becomes active. Cash is paid via direct deposit within 30 days of trigger.
  • For Champion tier: the 10% recurring payout continues as long as your referral is on a paid plan. If they cancel, that payout pauses.
  • Active referral count is your current count. If a referral cancels and you drop below 7, new refs go back to the $1,500 tier until you climb back up. Below 4? Back to $1,000 tier. You keep every reward you've already earned.
  • No caps. Refer 1, refer 50. The rewards keep compounding.

When do I get my reward?+

Free weeks or cash — which should I pick? (Pareto clients)+
Entirely your call. Change your mind for each referral. The free-weeks option is usually the bigger economic value once you account for full plan pricing, but some clients prefer cash for liquidity. Refs 1–2: $1,000 cash or 2 weeks free. Refs 3–6: $1,500 cash or 4 weeks free. Refs 7+ (Champion): $1,700 cash, 10% recurring on that referral's plan, or 4 weeks free — all three on the table, your choice each time.
How does the Champion tier work? (Refs 7+ — clients and partners)+
Once you hit 7 active referrals, every new referral comes with a choice. Pareto clients pick from $1,700 cash, 10% recurring (for the life of that referral's subscription), or 4 weeks free on their own plan. Partners pick from $1,700 cash or 10% recurring. Recurring payouts go out monthly via direct deposit. If a referral cancels, that one payout pauses — but every other recurring payout you've set up keeps flowing. Most champions mix — cash on shorter-term fits, recurring on the long-haul ones. Pareto clients who hit ref #10 also get their own Right Hand subscription fully covered on top of all this.
Does my Right Hand really get paid for each referral? (Pareto clients)+
Yes. $200 per referral on refs 1–2; $250 per referral from ref #3 onward. Plus a brand-new MacBook at ref #3. And — if you want to send your referral reward (or part of it) to your Right Hand on top of all that, you can. Fully customizable per referral. Some of our most generous clients redirect 100% of their cash to bonus their Right Hand directly. Just tell us when you claim the reward.
What counts as "active"?+
Your referral has been on a paid Pareto plan for 60 days and is current on billing. Matching-stage prospects don't count yet. If a referral cancels, your "active count" drops — but you keep every per-referral reward you've already earned.
