1.Who we are and what this page covers

The AI Leverage Audit is offered by Pareto Talent LLC ("Pareto Talent", "we", "us" or "our"). You can reach us at hello@ParetoTalent.com.

This page covers the AI Leverage Audit only: the quiz at paretotalent.com/ai-audit, the report you receive, the emails and phone calls we make about it, and the optional AI Operator Call booking that follows it. By using the audit, you agree to this page.

For Pareto Talent's other services and for the rest of our website, our main Terms of Service and Privacy Policy apply. If the two ever differ on something that concerns the AI Leverage Audit, this page is the one that applies to the audit.

Pages you reach by following a link from the audit, such as the AI Operator page, are separate pages. They may collect and track information in their own way, and they are not covered by this page.

2.What the audit is, and what it is not

The AI Leverage Audit is a free quiz. At the end it gives you a score, an estimate of the hours a week AI could give back and what manual work may be costing you, and a list of five automations to build first. Depending on your answers, we may invite you to learn about our AI Operator service and book a free call with our team, or point you to other free resources.

A free AI Operator Call is a conversation to see whether we can help. It is not a commitment from you or from us.

3.Information we collect

What you give us

• Your name, email address and phone number.
• Your answers to the quiz, including business details such as your revenue range and team size.
• If you book an AI Operator Call, the details you enter in the booking form.
• What you tell us when we speak with you by phone.
• Anything you send us in an email.

What we work out from your answers

• Your score and score band, the hours and cost estimates and the five automations shown in your report, and whether you qualify for a call about our AI Operator service.
• Your report link. Anyone you share it with can see your results, so share it only with people you trust.

What we collect automatically

• Advertising and referral details from the link you came from, such as campaign tags and ad click identifiers.
• Cookie and device identifiers, your browser and device type, and the pages you visit.
• Information the tools described in sections 5 and 6 collect on their own, which can include your IP address, device and browser details, the pages you view and how you interact with them.

If you start but do not finish

We receive your name, email address, phone number and the details above when you submit the first screen, even if you do not complete the quiz. We may call you after you submit the first screen, as described in section 7.

4.How we use your information

• To run the audit and show you your results.
• To deliver your report by email, and to let you book an AI Operator Call.
• To follow up with you by email and phone about your report and the AI Operator Call, as described in section 7.
• To improve the audit and our services, for example by seeing where people stop or which questions confuse them.
• To measure and run our advertising, including finding out which ads lead to completed audits and showing our ads to people who may be interested.
• For security and fraud prevention, including spotting abuse of the form, and to meet our legal obligations.

We do not use your answers to make decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects on you.

5.Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it with service providers that help us run the audit, our emails and our advertising, including:

• Our CRM, email and phone platform (GoHighLevel), which stores your details and answers, sends our emails, supports our phone calls and texts, and hosts the booking calendar.
• Analytics tools (such as Google Analytics, PostHog and Microsoft Clarity), which help us understand how visitors use the page. Some of them may record interactions such as clicks and scrolling.
• Advertising platforms (such as Meta, Google, TikTok and OpenAI), which help us measure our ads and show them to people who may be interested. We may share your email address with them in a hashed (encoded) form so they can match results to our ads.
• Visitor identification services (such as Leadsy and RB2B), which may use your device, browser and network information to identify the business or person visiting our page.

Each of them handles information under its own terms and privacy policy. We may also disclose information when the law requires it, to protect our rights or the safety of others, and as part of a sale, merger or reorganization of our business.

6.Cookies, pixels and ad tracking

The AI Leverage Audit page loads the analytics, advertising and visitor identification tools described in section 5. They may set cookies or use similar technologies to recognize your browser, and some of them may record how you interact with the page, for example clicks and scrolling. The Terms & Privacy page you are reading now does not load any of them.

This page does not change how it works in response to "Do Not Track" browser signals.

How you can limit tracking

• Your browser. You can block or delete cookies, or block third-party trackers, in your browser's settings. Many browsers also offer private browsing and tracking protection. Blocking cookies may stop parts of the page from working as expected.
• A privacy extension. A tracker-blocking or ad-blocking extension will stop many of these tools from loading.
• Meta. You can manage how Meta uses your activity for ads in your Facebook and Instagram ad preferences and in your off-Facebook activity settings.
• Google. You can manage ad personalization at adssettings.google.com.
• Other providers. TikTok, Microsoft and others offer similar controls in their own settings and privacy pages.
• Our emails. You can opt out of marketing emails at any time, as described in section 7.

Deleting cookies does not remove information that these tools or we have already received.

7.Email, phone and text communications

Email

When you complete the audit, we email you the link to your report. We may also send you a few follow-up emails about your report, the AI Operator Call and other free Pareto Talent resources.

Our emails may track whether you open them and which links you click.

You can unsubscribe at any time. Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link. Use it, or email hello@ParetoTalent.com and ask us to stop. We will keep a record of your request so that we do not email you again. Emails about an appointment you booked, or replies to a message you sent us, may still be sent.

Phone calls

By submitting your details and agreeing to this page, you agree that Pareto Talent may call you at the phone number you gave us, about your audit, your results and an invitation to a free AI Operator Call. A call can come soon after you submit the first screen, even if you have not finished the quiz. This applies even if your number is on a national or state Do Not Call list.

Calls are placed by a member of our team, not by an automated system or a recording.

You can ask us to stop calling you at any time, on the call or by emailing hello@ParetoTalent.com. We will add your number to our internal do-not-call list, keep a record of your request, and stop calling promptly.

Please give us a number that is yours. If you give up the number you gave us, or it changes hands, email us so that we stop calling it.

Text messages

If you book an AI Operator Call, we may send reminders and updates about your appointment by text message, using automated technology, as stated next to the booking form. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of texts, or HELP for help.

We do not send marketing texts unless you separately agree to receive them. You do not have to agree to texts to take the audit or to receive your report.

8.Retention, security and deletion

How long we keep it

We keep your information for as long as we need it to run the service and to meet our legal obligations. After that we delete it or remove the details that identify you. Tracking tools keep their own data under their own policies.

Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect your information, and the audit sends your details over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). No website, app or system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee that your information will never be accessed, lost or misused.

If you ask us to delete your data

Email hello@ParetoTalent.com from the address you used for the audit and ask us to delete your information. We will delete it from our systems, or remove the details that identify you, except where we need to keep some of it for legal reasons or to honor your choices (for example, a record that you unsubscribed or asked us to stop calling or texting you). Information held by third parties such as Meta, Google or TikTok is handled under their own policies, and you may need to contact them directly.

9.Your choices and rights

You can ask us to do any of the following by emailing hello@ParetoTalent.com:

• Tell you what information we hold about you, and give you a copy.
• Correct information that is wrong.
• Delete your information.
• Stop calling you, stop texting you, or stop sending you marketing emails.

We may need to confirm that the request comes from you before we act on it. We will reply as soon as we reasonably can.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law. Nothing on this page limits those rights.

10.Children

The AI Leverage Audit is for business owners. It is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a young person has given us their information, email hello@ParetoTalent.com and we will delete it.

11.Visitors from outside the United States

The AI Leverage Audit is operated in the United States. If you use it from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States and by the service providers described in section 5.

12.Acceptable use

Please use the audit honestly and as intended. You agree that you will not:

• submit false information, or information that is not yours to give;
• enter an email address or phone number that belongs to someone else without their permission;
• use scripts, bots or other automated means to fill in or submit the form;
• try to access, probe, overload or interfere with the audit, our website or our systems, or with the way we send or receive data;
• use the audit or its report to harass, defraud or mislead anyone, or to break the law.

If we believe a submission is abusive, we may block it, block the person or device that sent it, and delete the data it created. We may report serious abuse to the proper authorities.

13.Ownership, liability, governing law and changes

Ownership

The audit, its questions, scoring, text, design and the report are owned by Pareto Talent or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may use your own report for your own business purposes and may save it as a PDF. You may not copy, resell, republish or build a competing product from the audit or its content.

No warranties

THE AUDIT AND THE REPORT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY WARRANTY OF ACCURACY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS. WE DO NOT PROMISE THAT THE AUDIT WILL ALWAYS BE AVAILABLE OR FREE OF ERRORS.

Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS, PARETO TALENT AND ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES AND CONTRACTORS ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE AUDIT OR YOUR RELIANCE ON ITS RESULTS. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE AUDIT WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US$100).

Some places do not allow certain limits. Where that applies, our responsibility is limited as far as the law allows. Nothing on this page limits any responsibility that we cannot limit under applicable law.

Governing law

This page is governed by the laws of the State of Arizona and applicable U.S. federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute about it will be brought in the courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona, as set out in our main Terms.

Changes to this page

We may update this page from time to time. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date at the top. The version that is on this page when you use the audit is the one that applies to that use.
